Indian diet and its specialties: Among the drinks, classic Indian tea is another example sold in every other small stall in India. Indian sweets, on the other hand, tend to be very sweet. Desserts come in many flavors, such as lentils fried in oil, dough balls steeped in sugar syrup, rice cooked in milk with sugar, cardamom, saffron, rose juice and nuts in ghee. The ingredients are divine and special.
Regular daily recipes
Curry and lentils are an integral part of our diet. In the average Indian family, it is usually eaten every other day.
What is curry, you may ask? Curry is basically a vegetable or meat that is cooked in a unique sauce. The sauce can be a mixture of tomatoes and spices or a mixture of coconut with onion and garlic. The spice and seasoning vary with each dish, although the tampering is largely the same.
Wet dry curry is both. Dry dishes are baked only with dry spices and shallow fried until cooked. For example; Dry Okra Fry, Potato Pot Roast, Dopiyaza etc.
Lentils are basically cooked with turmeric and oil. It is tampered with mustard seeds, cumin, curry leaves and asafoetida powder. This dish tastes great. Lentil soup also includes greens like spinach, fenugreek leaves and mustard leaves.
Indian flatbread and rice
Roti is a simple Indian flatbread but a central part of our diet. Like bread, it is made from flour (wheat flour) and water and is cooked on flour instead of baking in the oven. Bread is traditionally accompanied by a rich side dish that compensates for all the flavors. There are other variations like Nan, Kulcha, Roomli etc.

When it comes to rice, vegetable pilaf and biryani are the favorite choice of the locals. Biryani is one of the coolest food dishes that was loved by most of the princes. It is basmati rice cooked with vegetables, spices, saffron, dried fruits and sometimes meat. The dish is usually airtight sealed and cooked for a few minutes before serving.
Sauces and pickles: Pickles are usually cooked with various ingredients like ginger, tomato, raw mango. High content of acidity acts as a natural preservative.
There are also fried dishes like bujji which are basically vegetables which are dipped in basin batter and cooked in oil till golden. Eggplant is famous for making potatoes, raw bananas and onions and baji.
